Accelerated junctional rhythm is just a faster version of junctional escape rhythm
Accelerated junctional rhythm originates in the AV junction with a higher than normal rate, but below 110 beats per minute. In comparison, junctional escape rhythms have a typical rate of 40-60 bpm.
