KR is a 57-year-old female who presents to the emergency department complaining of shortness of breath of recent onset. She has a history of and is currently being treated for non-small cell lung cancer. She is alert and oriented and visibly short of breath. Her respiratory rate is 32, temperature is 98.7o F. SpO2 on room air is 93%. She is not coughing.
