History
MH is a 7-year-old male who is brought into the urgent care center complaining of respiratory distress. His mother states that he was playing at a friend’s house when he developed shortness of breath and frequent nonproductive cough. His respiratory rate is 42, temperature 98.8o. His SpO2 on room air is 95%. He is alert and oriented, but also very anxious and using accessory muscles to breathe.
