JB is a 32-year-old female who presents to the emergency department complaining of slight confusion and shortness of breath. She has a history of asthma and diabetes. She has a respiratory rate 36, temperature 97.8o F. SpO2 is 99% on room air. She appears to be slightly confused and has rapid and deep respirations. She is not coughing.
